- At any time within 48 hours of purchasing your Listing you may request a refund of your total listing fee, as long as your Listing has not previously been submitted to Realtor.com or the MLS.

- Telephone and Email refund requests can not be honored, because of our highly automated property Listing process.
- After your property is listed, we guarantee that:
- Your property will be listed on Realtor.com within 48 business hours of the return of your completed Property Information Form.
- The listing information you provided will be entered correctly and you will be given an opportunity to review it for errors.
- Your property will be listed with up to twenty five photo's you provided.
- Any errors brought to the agent’s attention will be corrected as soon as possible.
